For Fastmail, Zoho, self-hosted servers — any mailbox your provider gives you IMAP access to. Use an app password (never your main password). We verify the credential live before anything is stored, and encrypt it with a key only your workspace holds.

Gmail, Outlook, Fastmail, Zoho, iCloud and nocturnalpost.com are auto-detected. Other providers: check your mail settings for the IMAP hostname.
