Integration
Microsoft 365 Email Organizer
NocturnalPost connects to your Microsoft 365 tenant through the official Microsoft Graph API and turns mailbox activity into short, scheduled briefings — who needs a reply, what's overdue, and what can wait until tomorrow.
What it does
Graph delta sync
Only new and changed messages transfer — efficient from day one and on every subsequent sync.
Folder-level control
You choose exactly which folders are monitored; nothing is crawled tenant-wide.
Token security
OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest; disconnect revokes them server-side (RFC 7009).
Domain-based tenants
Your M365 email domain maps to your organization's workspace automatically.
Teams delivery
Briefings can post to a Teams channel alongside email delivery.
Follow-up tracking
Actionable mail becomes trackable work items you can assign to teammates.
Setup
- Register NocturnalPost in your Entra ID tenant (walkthrough provided)
- Sign in with your Microsoft 365 account — first user becomes admin
- Select the folders to monitor
- Pick briefing times and delivery channels
Privacy
Message metadata and short previews only — never full-body warehousing. Retention is enforced hourly and purges derived content (summaries, vectors) on the same schedule.
Frequently asked questions
Does NocturnalPost read every email in my tenant?
No. Only the folders you explicitly select are polled, and only metadata plus a short preview is stored.
Do you store email passwords?
No. Access uses OAuth — you approve access in Microsoft's own interface, and tokens are encrypted at rest.
Can each teammate connect their own mailbox?
Yes. Mailboxes are personal — each user controls their own folders and sync, with an admin view for the whole team.
Does it work with Exchange on-premises?
NocturnalPost targets Microsoft 365 (cloud). On-premises Exchange is not supported.
